Policies and Procedures

 

Reservations/Appointments: In order to ensure that you receive your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment(s) in advance to ensure availability. A deposit will be required to hold your appointment. As a courtesy, we attempt to confirm all appointments 1-2 days prior to scheduled appointment. Feel free to call prior to your appointment to confirm the exact time and ask any questions that you may have.

 

Check-In: Please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance for any spa treatment(s) and a minimum of 10 minutes in advance for any salon service(s).

 

Cancellation/ Rescheduling: Your spa Treatments and Salon services are scheduled just for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24- hours in advance; if less than required notice is given or client misses their appointment without giving any prior notice, One Stop To Fabulous reserves the right to charge 15% of the full scheduled appointment. If for any reason One Stop To Fabulous needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given to you. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is very important and valuable and have to implement this policy for that reason.

 

Group Booking: For Parties of four or more, a completed contract and deposit will be required to secure your appointment and arrange pricing. If there is a need to cancel or reschedule please refer to the Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy.

 

Prices and Services: We are constantly expanding our services to bring to you the best in all the latest services and techniques. All services and pricing may be subject to change. We will do our best to keep our website and clients up to date on pricing. Pricing will be confirmed at time of booking.

 

Series of Treatments: We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any form of payment transactions on any spa series packages. However, we will do an exchange or spa credit for equal value.

 

Gift Certificate Policy: Gift certificates are available in any amount and may be purchase at any time. One Stop To Fabulous will not be able to process returns or reimburse any forms of purchase transactions on gift receipts even if they are lost, misplaces, or stolen. Gift certificates can not be redeemed for cash.

 

Cleanliness: Keeping our commitment of cleanliness, hygiene and safety; all equipment is cleaned, sterilized, sanitized after every service and stored away in sealed areas as required by the State Licensing Board of Massachusetts.

 

Tardiness: All appointment for spa treatments and salon services has been scheduled to allow appropriate time for a full service. Your late arrival will limit your ability to receive the full amount of time. If a client will be late for their appointment we ask that a phone call be made out of courtesy to One Stop To Fabulous.

 

Children: To maintain a well balanced environment, we ask that the adults are responsible and monitor the child’s behavior in the waiting area and during services. All other children that do not have a scheduled booking we ask that adults reframe from leaving them in the waiting area or salon stations.

 

Payment: All major credit cards, Paypal and gift certificates are accepted for any service at One Stop To Fabulous.

 

Personal Belongings: Please leave all valuable items at home. One Stop To Fabulous is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
