Return Policy:

Our goal is to create all natural and affordable skin care products to fit each clients need based on their skin and preferences.

One Stop To Fabulous ensures the purity and quality of our Affordably Beautiful Product Line. We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your product, please contact One Stop To Fabulous at info.onestoptofabulous@gmail.com and describe the concern. We will respond to your request and determine the best way to solve the problem.

All Affordably Beautiful products purchased may be returned within 21 days of purchase date. Please save the original products to ship back to us for your credit or refund. Any credit after 21 days will be done solely at One Stop To Fabulous discretion.

You may use the carrier of your convenience. One Stop To Fabulous is not responsible for product returns lost in transit. No goods will be accepted for return without prior Authorization.

Please package your return item carefully. Items returned back to One Stop To Fabulous damaged will be eligible for a store a store credit on a future purchase but not a refund.

One Stop To Fabulous is not responsible for shipping charges for returned items. 

Include The Following With Your Returned Item:

* Dated sales receipt, invoice or proof of purchase

* Your RA# ( Return Authorization Number)

* Reason for your return

* Name, Phone Number and Email Address

* Your Returned Item

* Let us know if you would like a replacement of the same item or if you would like the credited amount applied to the purchase of      another item. 

All orders will be processed once we receive the returned item.

Please Note the Following Items Are Non-Refundable:

* Unwanted items

* Original Shipping Charges

* Gift Cards

* Individual products originally purchased as a gift set

* Sample items

One One Stop To Fabulous receives your item all returns are processed within 3 business days and refunds or credits will be processed in 1 business day to the original form of payment.

Lost Packages:

If you do not receive your product purchase please notify us within 10 days of purchase date. All packages are shipped with a tracking number. Tracking numbers are sent to an email account that you provided upon checkout. If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered please contact your local postal carrier. One Stop To Fabulous is not responsible for providing refunds if your tracking number indicates your package has been delivered or if the address you entered during checkout was incorrect.
