10-15 Miles
10-15 miles from zip code 02118 for a traveling stylist (stylist provides services at your designated location).
$20.00 will be an additional charge added to your service appointment booked.
15-30 Miles
15-30 miles from zip code 02118 for a traveling stylist (stylist provides services at your designated location).
$30.00 will be an additional charge added to your service appointment booked.
30-40 Miles
30-40 miles from zip code 02118 for a traveling stylist (stylist provides services at your designated location).
$45.00 will be an additional charge added to your service appointment booked.
40-50 Miles
40-50 miles from zip code 02118 for a traveling stylist (stylist provides services at your designated location).
$55.00 will be an additional charge added to your service appointment booked.
50 Miles or More
50 miles or more from zip code 02118 but in the state of Massachusetts for a traveling stylist (stylist provides services at your designated location).
$25.00 per hour will be an additional charge added to your service appointment booked.
Parking Fee
A parking fee will be an additional charge to your traveling stylist appointment if parking, valet or other fees are incurred if free parking is limited at your appointment destination.
Reclocation Fee
A $50.00 Relocation fee will be added if stylist has to travel to one location and unpack/pack then travel to a second location for your next service.
Large Appointment Service
If a service/appointment is a large service, an additional $15.00 will be added to your booked appointment for an assistant setup to and breakdown.
Outside the state of MA
If an appointment is scheduled and approved for an out-of-state appointment, a $100.00 fee will be added to your scheduled appointment and all travel expense (Hotel/Room,Airfare,Train, and/or car) if any, is to be paid in full by client for out-of-state appointment.
Out-of-state appointments can not be schedule the same day.
Cancellations
Your services are scheduled just for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule a traveling stylist please notify us at least 24- hours in advance; if less than required notice is given or client misses their appointment without giving any prior notice, One Stop To Fabulous reserves the right to charge $20.00 for scheduled appointment. If for any reason One Stop To Fabulous needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given to you. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is very important and valuable and have to implement this policy for that reason.
Late To Appointment
All appointment for spa treatments and salon services have been scheduled to allow appropriate time for a full service. Your late arrival to your requested location will limit your ability to receive the full amount of time. If a client will be late for their appointment we ask that a phone call/text be made out of courtesy to One Stop To Fabulous. A grace period of 20 minutes will be allowed. If you will be late more than 20 minutes your appointment may have to be rescheduled or a fee of $20.00 may be inquired unless a negotiation has been agreed upon between traveling stylist and client.
